                Job Description
                
                
                    
                        
	- 
		Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- 
		Plate and prepare several orders based on customer specifications, working on several different orders simultaneously.
- 
		Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- 
		Quality check ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
- 
		Operate in large-volume while ensureing speed of service and top quality food service.
- 
		Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
- 
		Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
- 
		Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
- 
		Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
 
             
            
            
            
                Requirements
                
                
                    
                        
	- 
		High School diploma or GED
- 
		Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- 
		Ability to handle multiple priorities
- 
		Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- 
		Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- 
		You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
